My wife and I recently purchased one of your hot tubs and I would like to take a few minutes to tell you and anyone you would like to share this with how much we appreciate your awesome product, staff and service! I wouldn’t usually take the time to do this but when all my expectations are exceeded in so many ways, I feel it’s the least I could do.
A few months ago, my wife and I moved, allowing us to leave behind a hot tub at the old house that I was glad to say goodbye to! It was a hot tub typical of so many... overpriced, under-powered and service-suffering! When it came time to look for the next tub, we were determined to scour the city to make sure we didn’t settle for a sub-par tub again.
We scoured, and scoured... and scoured. Finally, we found your south side location and spoke to Aaron. Aaron was the first sign that you guys were doing things refreshingly different from your competitors. He was professional, very informative and... get this... no pressure! What a concept!
Your product is superior, with plenty of power to accommodate the hydrotherapy needs of my wife and I. We have finally found the tub perfect for us in every way, and at a reasonable price!
We get the tub and again we are pleasantly surprised. The delivery crew was a prompt, well-oiled machine! No curb side drop-off here! Your guys bring the tub to the backyard and place it in its new home, making sure that everything is just right and that we were comfortable in its operation before they leave.
